BRAF

BSEC member states’ broadcasting regulatory authorities convened in BSEC Headquarters, Istanbul, on 30 June 2008 and agreed to release a Joint Declaration declaring the establishment of the Black Sea Broadcasting Regulatory Authorities Forum.
